A production background from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series "Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels" (1977-1980). Featuring two headlights glowing above a railroad track, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season two episode "Cavey's Crazy Car Caper," which aired on September 23, 1978. Measuring 10.5"x13.5" overall, the background is in very good condition with minor edge and surface wear.
